Reliable:
The Tax Resolution Center is a second generation company devoted to serving
taxpayers to achieve the best possible results, under the circumstances, from
the Internal Revenue Service or any state's Department of Revenue.
During our 35 year history we have helped thousands of taxpayers through our
fundamental goal of treating each taxpayer with dignity and sensitivity.
We recognize that the IRS may have caused you to become embarrassed and shamed
and to even suffer from depression. Therefore we exist to serve you during
troubling times so that you too may resolve your tax issues on the most
favorable terms possible.
Our original founders are still daily involved in setting the goals and
objectives in each taxpayer's case. Our second generation Tax Resolution
Specialists have been with our company for up to 16 years.
We believe that our clients best express how reliable we are and how we take
their case so seriously, as we treat them with respect during their times of
chaos while in the tax collection process.
We want to therefore share with you a letter received during December 2005 about
our newest Tax Resolution Specialist.
The taxpayer seems to have been able to tell us just what it felt like to be in
collections, how his family's life was changed in a few short months, and how
more than $43,000.00 was knocked off of the tax bill after the IRS excited,
shamed and scared the taxpayer.
The following process started on July 14, 2005 and was resolved before
Thanksgiving 2005 even though tax returns from 1999 to 2004 also had to be
competed, filed, reviewed by the IRS and accepted.
RECENT TESTIMONIAL ABOUT OUR TAX RESOLUTION SPECIALIST
December 14, 2005
TAX RESOLUTION CENTER
The purpose of this letter is to bring attention to the excellent job
performance by your tax specialist on behalf of my wife and me in the
resolution of our IRS tax problems.
In 1999 I choose not to file federal or state tax returns based on the advice of
tax professionals, who claimed filing was voluntary, wages are not income, and
the 16th amendment was never ratified. It seemed odd and almost laughable, yet
plausible because the individuals included CPA's and attorneys. Their message
was exciting. I suppose in my head I thought it was nonsense, but emotionally I
wanted to believe it. So I did. As time went by, the feeling of guilt and doubt
worsened, as I neglected to file for several more years. Fear took its grip,
and the problem perpetuated.
On July 14 2005 I received a telephone call from an IRS treasury agent with the
unsettling news that I'd been identified as a non compliant tax payer, and my
file was among the most egregious cases on his desk. My blood pressure spiked,
as the dreaded moment of certainty had arrived. In 57 years of living, I had
never been in trouble beyond a speeding ticket. I was unsure of where to turn,
as fear and anxiety convinced me that my future included a striped shirt. At
that moment, I phoned your offices.
Your Tax Resolution Specialist immediately counseled me to allow him to address
my problem, and to try not to worry. A procedure would be followed, and choices
would be examined as to best resolve the matter. Meeting the tax specialist in
person further served to assure me that my situation was in good and capable
hands, based on his experience and understanding of how the IRS operates.
A contributing factor of my reluctance to deal with the IRS long before I was
discovered as non-compliant is shame and embarrassment. To ask for help
requires an admission of how stupid I was to fall for such nonsense. Denial and
ignorance are more convenient, despite the belief that a day of reckoning was
sure to come. Our tax specialist never made me feel stupid, he never made me
feel small, and he never made me feel criminal. Your representative has a very
calm and reassuring way about him that is perfectly suited for the seriousness
of the matter. He didn't gloss over the depth of my problem, nor ignore
possible grave consequences. He thoroughly informed me of the process that he
would follow, and the likely outcome. Throughout it all, the Tax Resolution
Specialist helped me maintain a positive view, and wouldn't allow my wife and
me to worry.
I can't begin to express how glad I am that the Tax Resolution Specialist came
to our rescue. Not only because of the results, which include an abatement of
$43,000.00 in penalties, but because I can't imagine a more pleasant and
friendly person to have steered our problem through the IRS ordeal. The Tax
Specialist's personality combines keen intelligence, purposeful and lucid
speech, a slightly self-effacing quality, and light humor. It's a great
combination for success, and my wife and I are the grateful recipients of his
talent. The money I paid for the Tax Resolution Center fee is among the best
money I ever spent.
The feelings I've expressed in this letter are heartfelt, and I wanted to share
them with you because everybody needs an occasional pat on the back. I asked
our Tax Resolution Specialist for your name so I could write my thoughts, as
I'm indebted for his accomplishments, and wanted you to know. I thank you, and
I thank him also.
Sincerely,
A Taxpayer whose case started in July 14, 2005 with the Tax Resolution Center in
Illinois and ended earlier than December 14, 2005 with an abatement of more
than $43,000.00 in penalties.
According to the taxpayer, the fee paid was reportedly one of the best
expenditures of their money they have ever made.
We look forward to serving you through during your great times of need when the
IRS or any state's Revenue Department is trying to collect from you.
That is why we exist - to serve you.
